Treasure Planet Book Project

Hi guys!

I am MermaidGirlForever. I recently became an administrator for the group, but I have been a member for a little while. Some of you may know me from my Treasure Planet stories; Treasure Planet: The Real Treasure, and Stolen Treasure.

So I have a project that I want to do, and I need your help!

I want to print out the Treasure Planet stories I wrote and put them into folders, sorta like making a book,  so I can show them to my friends. I really want to include some drawings, to impress them and so they can get a good feel for what important scenes look like, but I am not a great artist. So I need your help! Anyone who is interested, just leave a comment! I will then message you and tell you what exactly I would like to see you draw. (If you have an idea of your own, you can of course pitch it, and you can draw it, even if I give you something else to draw too.)

If you are not a great artist, but really want to help, spread the word around! Tell people about my stories, even if they aren't on deviantart! Get them interested and tell them about this little project! If they are interested, you can communicate to me for them.

Anyone who does art for me, I will be sure to give you credit. I suggest you sign your art, but even if you don't, I won't take credit for anything, I swear.

Also, don't worry about the fact that every artist has a different style. I actually want there to be a lot of variety. So even if all you know how to draw is anime, if it looks good, I'll take it!

I know that I don't have much to offer in return for a drawing, since I am not that great of an artist. I can offer to write oneshot scenes or short one chapter stories about anything you want! Or, if you aren't into that, you can tell me something that I could do for you, though I am not sure what I could do.

I really hope that you guys will help me in this little project. If you don't feel that you have the time, please help spread the word by telling your friends to read my story and tell them about this little project, especially if they are good artists. But don't limit it to just great artists, tell everyone you know, both on deviantart and in real life.

There are a few members in this group who I have already talked to about this project, so you guys don't need to reply to this.

Also, I never expect an artist to finish something in a day. So take your time on your art. I realize that good art takes time and energy to make. So if you have a lot on your plate right now, but still really want to help, just let me know that things are piled up. I understand completely.

When I have drawings from everyone, I shall post a journal entry with all the names and links to the drawings, so everyone can see and everyone will know how good of an artist you are.
